Excel add-in
GRIDDER formulas in your own workbooks
Type a deal, a tranche and a field; the value arrives in the cell. Your models, templates and checks keep working where you already build them, and refresh when the data does.
European CLO documents, as data
Gridder reads offering documents and turns them into structured, sourced data: the terms of the deal, its classes, tests and limits. Each value comes with its quote and its page, so you can use it in your models and still check it against the document in seconds.
Offering circulars and the refinancing and reset documents that amend them are read page by page, classified, and turned into a typed tree of terms: the deal, its classes, the waterfalls, the tests, the portfolio limits.
Each value is stored with the sentence it comes from, its page number and its position on the page. Nothing is a bare number; everything can be traced.
In Excel, in the browser, through the API, or from an AI agent. One data set, the same answer through every door.

Portfolios and column sets in the browser
Save a list of deals or tranches and a set of columns, then read them side by side in a grid. Paste identifiers straight from a spreadsheet; share lists with your group.
The value, highlighted in the PDF
Open any field and see the page it came from, with the sentence outlined and the words behind the value marked. Checking a number takes seconds, not a search through 300 pages.
For your systems and AI agents
The same data over a REST API and over the Model Context Protocol, with a key per group. Feed your data warehouse, or let an AI assistant answer from the documents with every answer sourced.
Processed for your group only
Upload a document that is not in the library and Gridder reads it the same way. The result is visible to your group and to nobody else.
Stop retyping terms from a 300-page PDF into a model. Pull them in, and spend the time on the judgement.
The same field has the same name and the same format in every deal, so a comparison across deals is a column, not a project.
A value you cannot trace is a value you cannot rely on. Each one links back to the exact words in the document, so a reviewer or an auditor can check it in seconds.
Gridder extracts data from documents automatically. It is indicative only: it can contain errors and omissions, and it is not advice. That is why every value is shown with its source, so that you can verify what matters to you against the document itself. Read the disclaimer and terms.
European CLOs are the first product. The same approach, a typed tree of sourced values, is being extended to other documents; tell us what you need and we will tell you when it is ready.
Gridder is available by invitation. Tell us who you are and what you work on, and we will get back to you.
